<br /></p><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">El proyecto </span><span lang="ES-CL" style="font-family:Tahoma;">“Nuestras Manos, Nuestra Historia”, surge por la necesidad de hacer visible a esta </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">minoría lingüística y cultural poco reconocida y valorada, </span><span lang="ES-CL" style="font-family:Tahoma;">la comunidad sorda. </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">Por esta razón, el Club Deportivo de Sordos de Concepción, en colaboración con <st1:personname productid="la Pastoral" st="on">la Pastoral</st1:personname> de Sordos de <st1:personname productid="la Parroquia El" st="on">la Parroquia El</st1:personname> Sagrario y <st1:personname productid="la C￭a." st="on">la Cía.</st1:personname> de Teatro El Oráculo se proponen,<span style=""> </span>a mediados del año 2009, realizar este proyecto financiado por el Fondo de Asociatividad para Organizaciones de Interés Público 2009, con el fin de dar a conocer la cultura y lengua de la comunidad sorda a través de un espectáculo teatral y foro de conversación abierto a la comunidad. <o:p></o:p></span></p><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">Las personas Sordas hemos sido </span><span lang="ES-MX" style="font-family:Tahoma;">consideradas a través de la historia como sujetos deficientes, inferiores, y limitados, negándosenos la posibilidad de participar y tomar decisiones en ámbitos de diversa índole, en especial en temas relacionados con nuestra propia educación y formas de comunicación. <o:p></o:p></span></p><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span lang="ES-MX" style="font-family:Tahoma;">Aun en nuestros días la lengua de señas no es reconocida ni valorada como nuestra lengua natural y como el medio más efectivo de asegurar tanto el desarrollo integral como la participación ciudadana. Esto se debe, en parte, a la fuerza que han tenido modelos clínicos (dentro de una cultura oyente dominante) que señalan a las personas sordas como portadoras de una patología, ignorando que constituimos una comunidad lingüística-cultural diferente y valiosa. <o:p></o:p></span></p><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">En nuestra zona la mayoría de los niños, niñas y jóvenes sordos/as están integrados en escuelas regulares sin contacto con la comunidad Sorda y muchos de ellos/as sin acceso al aprendizaje de la lengua de señas, por lo que es de trascendental importancia el poder llegar a ellos/as y a sus familias para dar a conocer la cultura y lengua de esta comunidad y promover su acercamiento a las organizaciones de personas Sordas.<o:p></o:p></span></p><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">El proyecto se orienta a fortalecer organizaciones de personas Sordas favoreciendo la cooperación entre distintos grupos y creando un vínculo con el resto de la comunidad para poder aumentar su incidencia en ella. <o:p></o:p></span></p> <span style="line-height: 115%;font-family:Tahoma;font-size:11pt;" >

La obra describe los vestigios de historias que, hasta ahora solo han sido contadas de mano en mano. Son historias que hablan de un grupo de personas unidas por un sentido de pertenencia que se ha ido debilitando con el tiempo producto de una serie de situaciones que han desfavorecido el desarrollo de ésta cultura. <o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">La obra es interpretada<span style=""> </span>por actores de <st1:personname productid="la C￭a." st="on">la Cía.</st1:personname> de Teatro El Oráculo y personas sordas del Club Deportivo. El guión de la obra está basado en historias, intereses, necesidades y proyecciones de la comunidad Sorda, para lo cual se han realizado una serie de entrevistas a personas sordas y búsqueda de registros que permitan mostrar las vivencias de ésta comunidad. El montaje utiliza recursos de la lengua de señas, expresiones teatrales y diversos mecanismos audiovisuales que acercan a la realidad de los tiempos contemporáneos y llega fácilmente a distintos grupos de personas. Junto con la obra se realizará un foro de conversación con presentación de material audiovisual para facilitar la expresión características y necesidades de la comunidad sorda. Se buscará en estos espacios poder modificar posibles percepciones, actitudes y conductas negativas hacia la comunidad Sorda, promoviendo la valoración de esta para la construcción de una sociedad más inclusiva.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;
